  • 1 package (8 ounces) manicotti shells

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the manicotti shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
